This New Years Eve, I rang in 2020 with extra glitz & gold at the Red Lion Inn in Cohassett, as I celebrated Leah + John’s wedding day. The new Mr. & Mrs. Slade sure know how to throw one heck of a party. Being able to end one decade and start the next, by doing what I love the most, made my heart smile so big.
Both Leah & John got ready at The Red Lion Inn with their wedding party & family. While the guys helped each other tie on their ties, the girls sipped mimosas while being pampered, as we all anxiously awaited for it to be time for L+J’s first look.
A cute path covered with balsam fir trees between the Red Lion Inn & the wedding reception barn made for the perfect location for all of their portraits & the sweetest first look.
Soon after the sun set, guests started to file in the ceremony space. There was an even a special appearance by Leah & John’s cute pup Maisie. Once they exchanged their heartfelt vows, this crowd was ready to party. The evening was full of gold party horns, stunning floral centerpieces, humorous toasts, a custom neon sign that made for a perfect photo backdrop, a jam packed dance floor & one epic confetti drop at midnight!
