This waterfront tented Portsmouth New Hampshire wedding brought a touch of Tuscany to New England. Nicole & Ryan were inspired by their Italian family traditions, Sunday dinners and a friends wedding in Tuscany. They wanted to bring an outdoor Tuscan garden feel to New Hampshire.
The couple got ready and exchanged vows with the iconic Memorial Bridge as their backdrop. Their first look and wedding party portraits took place nearby in Prescott Park, which was full of lush gardens. The reception tent entrance was covered with greenery and showcased rustic wood exposed tables inside. Dinner was served family style with lots of their favorite Italian dishes. Dessert even included some of Nana’s cookies.
Highlights of the day included an appearance of their cute dog, Bowden, for newlywed portraits as well as a sparkler exit.
