Mickenzie & Jake’s Fairmont Copley Plaza Wedding was recently featured over on Style Me Pretty. Their springtime Boston wedding was garden inspired with a mix of gilded glam.
Mickenzie and Jake’s regal Boston wedding was a showstopper. Their church ceremony was held at The Cathedral of the Holy Cross, with a procession of bridesmaids in white. Beautiful greenery lined the church steps. Upon their return to the hotel, a welcome sign greeted guests, designed with flowers and vintage suitcases on a luggage cart. The Fairmont Copley Plaza hosted their reception in their exquisite ballroom. Regal table settings included pink bows as well as touches of mint and blue glassware. The bud vases held the sweetest pink and white flowers. Fern arrangements sat along the floor, as large tree blossoms expanded from the tabletops. Guests dined among chandeliers and wall sconces, as garden like moments burst to life in the elegant space.
Mickenzie wore an off the shoulder gown by Monique Lhullier. It had a unique green leaf embroidery that swirled throughout the pouf sleeved, full skirt design. The finishing touch was a pink tiered cake. It was designed with traditional frosting patterns in a vintage design, revealing confetti cake on the inside.
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Kennedy! It was an honor to capture your wedding day.
