State Room Wedding | Danielle + Calvin - Jessica K Feiden Photography

Danielle & Calvin’s intimate State Room wedding is one that I have been waiting for since last November when Danielle first reached out to me! Her enthusiasm and energy was unlike any other inquiry that I had ever received before. We immediately hit it off and I was honored when D&C decided I was the photographer for them!

While the couple met in Chicago doing improv, they currently reside in Utah where Calvin is from. Danielle grew up in Boston which is how they landed on the State Room for their wedding day. It was the perfect venue with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbor with skyline views. All of their out-of-town guests got a little taste of Boston without even leaving their dining room chair.

I spent the morning capturing Danielle & Calvin getting ready along with their maid of honor and best man. It’s always so sweet to witness this special part of the day with their loves ones. Shortly after, we were off to their first look and family portraits in Post Office Square. Having spent so many lunch breaks in that park (along with so many other people!), I often missed the beauty that it holds. D&C’s portraits are some of my all-time favorites for so many different reasons.

After, Danielle & Calvin exchanged heartfelt vows and sealed their marriage with a kiss, these two were ready to dance the night away. Congratulations you two! It was an honor being able to capture your wedding day!
