One of my favorite parts about the Signature Atelier workshop this past summer was learning how to shoot film! I’ve always loved the look of film but the idea of investing in another camera and all of its necessary components seemed daunting. I knew I wouldn’t regret the investment but I also want ALL.THE.THINGS for my two DSLRs. This may be the reason why I held off for 7 months on developing my roll of film! I figured they would probably be all out of focus or destroyed because I was too timid to ask for a manual inspection in French while going through airport security in Paris. Well to much of my surprise, they turned out better than I expected! Shooting film definitely teaches you to be more intentional and make sure you get everything right on camera. Trying to edit a jpg is no joke. Well without further ado, here are some of my favorite photos from my first roll of film!
